Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer preferences for meat products, and analyze industry trends.
- Analyze sales data and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Marketing Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our slaughterhouse's brand, products, and commitment to quality and ethical practices.
- Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, social media posts, and potentially video content.
- Manage and oversee marketing budgets effectively.
- Sales & Promotion:
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, farmers' markets, or other promotional events to generate leads and sales.
- Develop and manage promotional campaigns (including digital marketing strategies) to increase brand awareness, product sales, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, including butchers, retailers, and distributors.
- Focus on achieving sales target.
- Others:
- Maintain and enhance the working environment with all staff community.
- Maintain and nurture SOP’s of company at all level.
